Since the boys got more Legos for Christmas and Camp is interested in having anything Reagan has, we decided to do some cleaning, organizing and building of another Lego storage unit for Camp's newly acquired Lego sets. We cleaned out their toys, reorganized their dressers, labeled bins of clothing that are too small for Reagan & will be passed down to Camp, too small for Camp and passed down to Teo and (gasp) we donated all our baby blankets...at least the ones we're not attached to. We did save the special quilts & blankets that were made especially for the boys. Those ones I'm not willing to part with.
Anyhow, we headed off to Ikea for some trofast bins to start our project and a trip to Ikea is just not complete without a stop at the restaurant.

Reagan plays in the play area while Camp shops with us. He's not potty trained and isn't tall enough yet to enjoy the play area. It actually ends up being a fun little outing for us. He's quite different when his older brother isn't around.
We've debated on sorting them by size, color or set & decided to stick with our original plan of organizing them by color. It works for us & I don't have to worry about stepping on those teeny tiny pieces if they have a home. The boys typically build a set, leave it up for a while and then repurpose the pieces into another masterpiece.
I used my Cricut machine to cut out all those little letters in vinyl.
And walah! Done! Well I still haven't organized any of the Legos, but at least they have a home!
