Since the weather in our area tends to fluctuate quickly, today we found ourselves indoors. Friday it was in the 70's, yesterday in the 50's, today in the 40's and tomorrow night we're expecting snow. I gave up trying to figure out the weather in Maryland a long time ago. Eventually it WILL turn to Spring...
Today we visited the Air and Space Museum near Dulles Airport for the first time. The museum is in a huge Boeing Aviation Hanger with hundreds of planes.
We frequently read The ABC's of Airplanes by Jerry Pollotta that features many of the airplanes found in the museum. Reagan noticed this one right when we walked through the front doors.
Blackbird
Army helicopters used during the Vietnam War.
Just like the old helicopters used in M.A.S.H.
Space Shuttle Enterprise
Loving every minute of it!
Enola Gay, the plane that dropped the nuclear bomb on Hiroshima
Panoramic view of the cockpit of the Enola Gay
Wonder how much this clock cost?
Isn't this plane just so cute! I seriously wonder how it flew?
Camp checking out the view from the deck of the observation tower.

Gosh there is SO much fun stuff to do there!!! So jealous.
Emilia and I went there in October...so much to see!
Is that a bugaboo I spy? Love the color. Ours is a hand-me-down and is hideously crimson (Kev loves it of course). Kids are looking so big! Have a fun weekend!
