Ah Nuts!

We started off our morning at the allergist.  I have been really nervous about whether or not the boys have nut allergies since Kai has nut allergies.  Our pediatrician suggested that we wait until Reagan turned 4 to get him tested.  4 years is a REALLY long time to wait!  Luckily our allergist said it was okay to test Camp, even though he is only 15 months.  We'll keep monitoring both boys as they get older.

The results:
Looks like both boys have nut allergies:(  Although the Dr.  wasn't totally certain by their scratch tests so the boys also had blood drawn.  We'll get the official results back in about a week or two.

Camp's poor skin was way worse than Reagan's!
They also found that Camp does not have a milk allergy as suspected earlier so we get to start him on whole milk again.  Hopefully this time he'll tolerate it a little better.

Although I was disappointed to learn that the boys may have nut allergies I am thankful that we have healthy boys.  Another thing I can be thankful for today...it's my first official day of summer break!  Yay!  I have 9 whole weeks to spend with the boys!  9 weeks really isn't that long in the grand scheme of things but it's more than most parents get so I won't compain too much.  We are going to have so much fun together!
