Reagan and Camp: Lake Coeur d'Alene

I look forward to spending time at my parent's lake place on Coeur d'Alene every summer. We usually spend the majority of our visit at the lake making trips to town as needed. This summer we were lucky enough to spend a little over a week at the lake with my family and the weather was perfect! We had one windy day, but other than that, not bad since the cabin is on Windy Bay! The water needs to warm up a bit before too much swimming can take place, but we didn't mind.

Most of our days were spent like this -

Wake up call from Camp

Snuggles in front of the window

Breakfast - usually something yummy like buttermilk pancakes with fresh strawberries & homemade syrup, pumpkin waffles or sticky buns.

Morning - in and out of swimsuits, splashing around in the water, boat rides & tubing

Break for Lunch

Afternoon - repeat morning activities, trip to the candy store, & naps

Dinner

S'mores or Tillamook ice-cream

Bed

Not bad

I mean really. I told them I just needed a modest cabin overlooking the lake. They didn't need to build a boat house & bring in the helicopter as well.
