So if you would have told me that one day I would enjoy, actually love something made from SPAM I wouldn't have believed you. But not only do I live something made of spam, so do my children, especially this little guy below!
A New Years Day family tradition on Kai's side is to get together with family and enjoy mochi, sticky rice, tempura and spam masubi among other things. And well since we live over 3,000 miles away it makes it quite difficult. Since we missed out on the family gathering and heard all about it, Kai made some spam masubi for us to enjoy!
Spam masubi...seriously yummy!
We caught this very resourceful little guy sneaking a few more pieces of masubi for himself.
