Day 2 - Gettin Crafty

We woke up to this...

 I had a feeling this might happen but was pretty surprised to see how much more swelling occurred overnight.  Bugs really do a number on him.  Looks like we won't be leaving the house without our bug spray again!   

Clearly it didn't seem to bother him! 

As Daddy headed out the door to work we walked over to Starbucks and Target.  We have been drinking coffee at home so a little treat from Starbucks is much appreciated every now and then.  Its pretty sad when everyone in the place knows you and you know them...that's when you know you have a problem!

We admired the construction site where a new Costco will be opening in October!  Walking distance from Costco...pretty amazing.  Realistically I won't be walking there, otherwise I won't be able to get my items home but short 5 minute drive isn't bad.  

Then Grandma Debbie aka Lydia's grandma & retired preschool teacher offered to watch the boys and Lydia while Jodi and I ran off to Costco...all...by...ourselves!  Dreamy.  We shopped without distraction and returned to this...

Of course she did crafts with the boys!  So adorable!  She did have some direction as Reagan brought his newest favorite book along with him, I Can Cut and Stick.
