Nights out now that we all have children is quite the busy affair! Requirements; someplace loud, kid friendly with lots of seating! We met up with the Meyers' and Koski's at a BBQ place in Del Ray. They really have the most delicious BBQ and the kids enjoy their Kraft macaroni and cheese in a cup so it is a win, win. We found out that this place is quite happening with the families of Del Ray on a Saturday night. Nearly every table there had squealing children so the fact that we had 4 children and 7 adults crammed into two tables was no biggie. The kids bounced back and forth between tables and everyone enjoyed themselves! The Daddies snuck out with the kids for a trip to the DairyGodmother toward the end of the evening, while we sat and chatted a bit longer. DairyGodmother has the custard dessert ever! I snuck a few little bites of Camp's and is was really so yummy...custard, marshmallow cream & Rice Krispies! Nom...nom...Next time I'm getting my own!
