Having Grandma visit is always such a treat for us. We are lucky enough to have her visiting twice this spring, for Camp's Birthday and then again for her and Reagan's Birthday. We're especially excited because she gets to stay a little longer this time than usual...thank you retirement!
The weather has been unseasonably warm which means we have been able to spend some time outdoors this week! It was snowing in Seattle when she left and by the time she arrived here we were in the 80's!
Reagan was really excited to build trains with Grandma Nancy and even dug out some old Lego Duplo train tracks. She's been helping the boys build houses with their Lego duplo collection.
Both boys have built their own Lego houses courtesy of Grandma. Who knew she was an Engineer?
Camp got to spend some alone time with Grandma while we were at work and school. For some reason he boycotted his regular nap location, his bed, and convinced Grandma this was a better location. He slept like this for over 3 hours!
Lehigh pulled off a huge upset against Duke and we decided it was about time the boys wear their Lehigh sweatshirts from Emilia! Thanks Emilia!
Camp seems to love what ever Grandma is having. She was enjoying some miso soup and he decided he wanted to try some too. Before you knew it, her miso was empty and she was going back for a refill. He also ate a little bite of everything from her plate as long as she was using chopsticks.
Then he devoured 5 pieces of tomago! Sheesh kid! We should send him off to Japan to live with the Frasers. He seems to really love Japanese food.
Going...
going...
all gone!
More to come from Grandma Nancy's visit!
