Within the first hour we had an entire basket of cars spilled all over the floor. The boys were ready to play!
Lucky for mama, I actually got some time to run some errands solo and sent the boys to Danielle's for a few hours. Target, Nordstrom and Trader Joes all by myself...ahhhhh...By he time I picked up the boys they had already eaten lunch and were ready for some quiet time. While Camp napped Reagan and I made some semi-sweet and white chocolate cookies for our dinner guest.
Then we headed off to Wheaton to meet Lisa, Max and Ava.
Our first ride of the season did not disappoint. We saw quite a few deer and enjoyed taking our friends on the train for their first time!

Reagan and Max riding like big boys do!

Lisa an Ava

Say cheese!

Afterward we rode the carousel before heading up to he park.

Did you know "dolphins" roar? Cause I didn't. Camp could not be convinced that this was a seal and not a dolphin and it roared!

Our special dinner guest...Lizzie! We haven't seen her much because she been hard at work studying at GW. We love it when she comes for a visit.

We kept 1/2 dozen cookies for the boys and sent the rest packin with Lizzie! Reagan was sooooo super excited to make cookies to send home with Lizzie.
Day 1 = success! I could seriously get used to this gig.
