Parents Weekend at George Wasthington University not only means Lizzie gets to have her parents come visit, but we also get the pleasure of having Allen and Ellen set up special dates with us too! They adore the boys and we love spending time with their family so it always makes for a perfect evening! This time we headed into DC for dinner at Carmine's. Its sort of like Bucca de Beppo, in that they serve family style Italian, but way better! The boys loved the cheesey olive bread and of course the spaghetti and meatballs! I have to say, I've never had eggplant parmesean that tasted that good! Yummy!
The boys and I opted to take the train into the city!

Somehow the boys always make away with new toys when they see them too! Hmmm...spoiled?

Afterward we headed down the street for some yummy gelato. You can't tell, but Camp has not just one, but two spoons in his hand. Share much?
