Lucky for us Melissa and her hubby and their two kids are home on vacation at the same time as us. We all got to meet up at Ashley and Kevin's for dinner and a trip to the beach to throw rocks. For those of you who don't know, Melissa got me into this whole blog thingy as I'm certain she has influenced many others to do this sorta thing too. Sort of a long story how I met and became friends with Melissa. I've known Ashley for 15 years now...wow...its been that long?!? We've been friends forever. Anyhow, Ashley and Melissa are neighbors and friends. Two years ago, Melissa came to the DC area for a week during the summer while her husband was here for work. Ashley suggested she call me. She did, we hung out, had fun and became friends. They live in Japan now and I haven't seen her since. I keep up with their daily happenings on her blog but it was so nice to see them in person.
We rode the ferry to Bremerton. What a fantastic view!

Maggie and Camp are just a month apart and last time I saw her she was a wee little baby!

Miss Maggie has just about the sweetest voice ever! She is just darling and has the perfect personality to match it!
So I quickly figured out that Jack likes to give hugs and I convinced him that I needed some hugs too. Such a cutie pie!
On the way back from the beach Kevin may or may have not gotten Reagan to yell "Go Cougs!" a few times! Eeeeeks! Glad Daddy or Grandma wasn't there to hear it!

Thank you Kevin and Ashley for hosting all of us! I had such a great time catching up with everyone and can't wait to see you again next summer with your newest addition!
